You have the flexibility to choose from our pre-designed packages or pick from anything you see on our website and design a whole new decor package just for you!
Once you have picked out all the things that you want, we will work together and customize all the details. We send you a draft of everything for your approval before making it. You get to pick fonts, colors... almost everything can be customized to your preferences.
Confirm your event date by placing a deposit with us. This ensures that your chosen date is reserved just for you. The deposit is 50% of your total. We require the remaining balance two days before your event.
We accept payment by etransfer, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
If custom signage and items have been created for your event, the charges for these items will be deducted from your refunded deposit.
You may reschedule your event up to 14 days before the original date, provided that we are available for the new date.
For full decor setup packages exceeding $2,000, we offer the option of arranging an in-person meeting. For smaller decor packages, communication will primarily be by email or text. Rest assured, you will receive drafts of all items before we create it.
We do not work with anyone else. We do all the design and customization work. You do not have to worry about not getting things on time because we do everything ourselves.
Emma handles the smaller setups on her own. For larger comprehensive decor packages that require more time and manpower, she and her team will be present to ensure everything is set up in a timely manner.
Our business operates around the clock, but our official response hours for messages are from 9am to 7pm. However, we may occasionally reply to messages outside of these hours as well.
